After signing up, complete the setup wizard to configure your business profile, services, and pricing. Then connect your preferred video platform (Zoom or Google Meet) and set your availability. Share your booking link with clients to start receiving bookings!

Share your unique booking link with clients. They can view your available time slots, select a convenient time, and book instantly. They'll receive a confirmation email with the meeting link, and you'll get notified of the new booking.

Go to Contracts → Create New Contract. You can use AI to generate a professional contract based on your services and client details, or customize your own template. Once created, send it directly to your client for review and signature.

Connect your Stripe account in Settings → Payment Settings. You can then request deposits or full payments directly through contracts. Clients can pay securely online, and funds are deposited directly to your bank account.

When enabled, Ask Kaidley joins your video meetings as a silent participant to take notes. It transcribes the conversation and extracts key details like dates, preferences, and action items. You'll find the notes and transcript in your meeting history after the call ends.

Go to Settings → Connected Platforms and click "Connect" next to your preferred platform. You'll be redirected to authorize the connection. Once complete, meeting links are automatically generated when clients book consultations.

Go to Settings → Availability to set your regular business hours. You can also block specific dates or times for holidays, personal commitments, or existing bookings. Your booking page will only show available slots to clients.

Yes! Go to Services to add all your offerings with descriptions, durations, and prices. These appear on your public profile and can be included in contracts and quotes. You can edit or remove services at any time.

Go to Settings → Connected Platforms and click "Disconnect" next to the platform you want to remove. For Zoom, you can also revoke access from your Zoom account at marketplace.zoom.us → Installed Apps.

Go to Settings → Billing → Click "Manage Subscription". You can cancel anytime, and you'll retain access until the end of your billing period. Your data will be preserved in case you decide to return.
